Beautiful, bright and spacious three-bedroom apartment located on the top floor (no lift) in a quiet, secure residence. You will have a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed, television, Wi-Fi, and access to a balcony with an open view. I am very often away, so you can regularly enjoy the flat almost like an entire home, with access to the large living room, kitchen, and common areas. When I am present, I occupy my own bedroom set up in part of the living room. It remains accessible, and we share the common areas while respecting each other's privacy. The apartment has three bedrooms in total. Canal+, Netflix, and Wi-Fi are available. Shops, a park, and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity. Convenient location between La Rochelle city centre and the Île de Ré bridge. Free parking with plenty of spaces available, and the possibility of borrowing bicycles. See you soon.
