Description
Hello, room to let in a homestay in a house occupied by the host. I have been letting out a room in our home since 2010! I therefore have extensive experience with shared housing. I now have three rooms to let, preferably to students, though I will consider all proposals. Apprentices are welcome. The house is located in Lagord, a commune bordering La Rochelle. The city centre is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (Illico 3, 12 buses and bike hire nearby). The CESI and the CFA are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
