Hello, room for rent in a private home in a house occupied by the owner and her 18 year old daughter.
We have been renting a room in our house since 2010! So we have a lot of experience with shared accommodation.
The house is located in Lagord, a town bordering La Rochelle. The city center is accessible in 15 minutes by bike or bus (illico bus 3, 12 and vélib nearby).
CESI and CFA are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
We appreciate a face-to-face discussion and, if possible, a visit before accepting a request.
