Due to my frequent travels, I am offering a room for sublet in my four-room duplex apartment in Geneva.
Five minutes from the University of Geneva, trams 15 and 17, as well as bus 11, are accessible right outside the building.
The security deposit is refundable if no damage or unpaid rent is found.
The apartment, which has windows on both sides, includes an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
I have a very friendly cat that lives in the apartment.
A cleaning lady comes once a week to provide complete cleaning services (cleaning products included).
Smokers are welcome, but only on the landing or balcony.

Lovely place the tram is 1 minute away and the place is the same as the picture the landlady Sisi is very nice and Fabio the flatmate is very helpful and friendly :)

Cozy room with all utilities that you need, Sisi the landlady is very helpful and treats you as a family member. It was a very enjoyable stay of 1 month with Sisi and her adorable cat.
