Room for rent in a villa located in the countryside, a five-minute walk from public transportation. Ideal for a student, as it is close to universities easily accessible by public transportation (for example, a 5-minute bus ride from HEG or a 20-minute walk). The house already accommodates two other tenants as well as the owner, whose grandchildren often come to visit. The room is located on the mezzanine floor of the house. It has a large window and benefits from a small outdoor area reserved for smokers. Preference will be given to a student whose parents reside in Switzerland.
