Room for rent in a shared apartment near the airport and industrial park, ideal for students and interns. The house is located approximately a 3-minute drive from these locations. It is also easily accessible by public transport, with a tram and bus stop 100 meters away, providing access to Charleroi and other cities. Marie Curie and Notre Dame hospitals are also nearby. Free street parking is available, with plenty of spaces available. Shops, including a bakery and a bank, are a 200-meter walk away.
We are looking for a calm and respectful person, given that roommates' schedules may vary between day and night. It is important to note that no outside visitors are allowed and absolute quiet is required between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

J'ai passé deux mois très agréables ici ! Le logement est bien situé, la chambre est spacieuse, la propriétaire est très chaleureuse et sympathique et l'ambiance générale de la coloc était très sympa. Je recommande sans hésiter !
