Fabienne est très gentille, à l'écoute et réactive. La chambre et les parties communes sont très agréables à vivre. Je suis vraiment très content des 3 mois passés chez Fabienne.

Propriétaire très accueillante et bienveillante ! En ce qui concerne la chambre celle-ci était de bonne taille et bien meublée. Petit bémol sur le ménage qui est sous la responsabilité des colocataires. Certain étant de passage, le soin apporté aux tâches ménagères peut être insuffisant voir inexistant.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Contient tout ce qui est essentiel, une chambre, une cuisine et une douche, en plus d'un espace commun. Tout est fonctionnel. Bonne expérience.
Fabienne gentilissima, molto disponibile e cordiale. Mi ha aiutato quando avevo bisogno ed è stato sempre molto piacevole fare delle chiacchiere con lei. Le auguro il meglio! La mia stanza era molto grande e la vista molto bella.

Très satisfait des quelques mois passés dans cette colocation. Bien située à Nivelles, proche de la gare et du centre ville, avec un très grand parking juste devant la maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la grande partie commune est très appréciable. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Aucun problème à déclarer

Un expérience parfaite; Fabienne est très gentille et très accueillant. La ville est calme et complète, proche de Bruxelles. Le recommande fortement.
Mon expérience a été bonne et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison et celle-ci est assez grande afin que nous puissions faire ce que l'on souhaite sans déranger les autres. L'accueil a lui aussi été parfait.
