It is located in our very bright 82 square meter apartment, in a quiet and secure residence. The accommodation also has a 15 square meter terrace offering a beautiful view of the Alps.
The building is located at the foot of bus lines 171 and 132 to get to Lyon, and opposite the access to the large Miribel park. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, 10 minutes by train to reach Part-Dieu station. Miribel and its amenities are accessible in 5 m on foot. The common areas are shared, the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the terrace as well as a fiber internet connection and an elevator. The rent includes tax and a parking space is available in the residence.
