The apartment includes a shared kitchen with a large fridge, 5-ring hob + oven, microwave, large worktop, and numerous utensils and cutlery; it also offers a living room for relaxing & eating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, pure filtered water, etc.
Many shops are nearby within a 20-minute walk. Two high-frequency bus lines less than a 5-minute walk away provide access to Lyon Presqu'île in under 30 minutes.
Please note: the presence of a non-aggressive, curious, and sociable cat.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are offered for rent to help cover my expenses.
