Shared areas: Large living room, equipped kitchen, attic, 3 balconies. Private areas: Unfurnished 12 m² room for rent with direct access to the balcony. Option to rent a second 12 m² room as well. Bathroom, WC, and shower. I am looking for: - A flatmate. - A responsible and sociable person. - Someone who enjoys sharing activities with their flatmates. - An active person and/or student. - Someone who contributes to household chores. - No pets. - An interest in sports would be appreciated. An outdoor parking space is available for an additional fee; price to be discussed. Indefinite rental period. Termination is possible in writing with 3 months' notice for the next term.
