Possibility to also rent a second room of 10 m². Bathroom, WC, and shower. I am looking for: - A flatmate. - A responsible and sociable person. - Someone who enjoys sharing activities with flatmates. - An active person and/or student. - Someone who participates in household chores. - No pets. - A love of sport is appreciated. An outdoor parking space is available for an additional cost, price to be discussed. Rental for an indefinite period. Termination possible in writing with three months' notice for the next due date.
