The apartment is not entirely perfect, but definitely a good deal considering the expensive prices around Geneva, the remarkable view of the mountains from the balcony, the sheer amount of fridge space per tenant, or the fully equipped kitchen. Luc is *very* concerned with cleanliness and visits the apartment often. Whether that is a good thing is a matter of perspective. What's unambiguous, though, is that Luc cares about his tenants and acts promptly on any issues with the place.
