LOCATION 1 Homestay room (student or intern) (Antibes - 06600)

I am renting out a furnished student room (homestay) in a residential area with excellent bus links. The bus stop is 50 metres from the apartment. Lines 8 and 5 take you to the SNCF hub, where you can connect to express buses towards Sophia Antipolis, Cannes or Nice. Lines 30 and 31 take you directly to the Carrefour hypermarket or to Juan-les-Pins. The furnished room includes a private bathroom, featuring a shower and a washbasin.

View of the residence's inner garden from the loggia. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift. The bedroom door is fitted with a lock. A corner of the loggia is equipped with a drying rack reserved for the student's use. The kitchen is shared, as is the fridge.

Bed sheets are provided. Access to the washing machine is permitted twice a week. We speak French, English and Spanish.
