I live alone in a flat and I am looking for a quiet, respectful and sociable person to share my home with for a period to be agreed upon. I am not just looking for someone to split the costs with: I would love to find a person who also enjoys sharing a bit of daily life, a dinner, a film, or a chat in the evening. The available accommodation is simple and unique: a sofa bed in the living room, with shared use of the house. I am therefore looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable with this type of arrangement. Preferably a woman, non-smoker, tidy and respectful of others' space. There is a possibility to agree on an initial trial period and potentially continue afterwards.
