500mt from Viale Marconi, large commercial street, bar, supermarket, farm; con a solo bus, n. 170, if arrived in 15/20 minutes at Piazza Venezia, it is heart of Roma. The Colosseum is a 4 km walk :-) - Ideal for a family stay in an informal environment.

The apartment has a spacious kitchen and a modern bathroom. There's a lovely courtyard, and the neighborhood is very quiet in the evenings. Two friendly German students from Ersamus live in the apartment, while the third room is free. Unfortunately, the room is only available from August 1st to 31st, after which it will be rented again. I'll be leaving at the end of July because I'm finishing my semester abroad, and I'll really miss the apartment because I felt so comfortable here.
