Large, bright 30 m² bedroom, equipped with a desk and a dressing room, and its own shower room. You have access to the kitchen for preparing meals and to the garden if you wish. Currently, there is only one roommate; please note that I do not live in the house. The house is spacious, 180 m², offering you plenty of room and privacy.
Located 20 minutes from Narbonne by car, a daily bus connects Salles d'Aude to Narbonne, close to the beaches. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and all shops are within walking distance: pharmacy, newsagent, greengrocer, café, restaurant. You can also enjoy tennis, other sports activities, a pétanque court, a swimming pool, and the opportunity to hike in the Clape forest, accessible on foot.

Bonjour J'ai passé un superbe mois dans un cadre bien plus conviviale qu'espéré. Un très bon contact et tout était impeccable. Je remercie grandement Carole pour son accueil, sa mise en confiance et sa disponibilité. Je renouvèlerai avec plaisir cette colocation dés mon retour dans cette region. Mille MERCI Carole.
Je n'ai pas rencontré ma logeuse puisqu'elle était en Corse jusqu'à fin août.Accueillie rapidement par sa nièce, j'ai débarque dans une maison ( mitoyenne) très sale ( je peux fournir des photos à l'appui),comme abandonnee bordée par 2 rues très bruyantes.Les photos font vraiment illusion car jardin, terrasse etc dans un état de crasse innommable.J'ai déjà utilisé Roomlala et n'avais pas été déçue mais, là, je déconseille vivement de louer chez Carole.

d 'autres part je loue une chambre pas la maison ,
je tiens à préciser que le ménage a été fait la veille de son arrivée. Mon ami été aussi présent.

Propriétaire sympa, grande chambre. Accès à la cour pour prendre le soleil. Séjour agréable.
Carole est accueillante et naturelle, sa grande maison ainsi que la chambre spacieuse d accueil, offrent des espaces de vie agréables.
J'ai passé un agréable séjour, de bon souvenir et je remercie encore Carole sont fils et Thierry pour leur bonne humeur et leurs gentillesses. Le logement est très cocooning, de plus les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied. Je recommande donc vivement cet hébergement.
Très bon accueil avec petit déjeuner compris et on a fait ensemble 1 très bon repas fruits de mer avec un bon vin près d'un feu bois et bonne ambiance très chaleureuse et le mot est faible car c'est bien dommage, on a dû partir en pleine milieu de la deuxième nuit cause d'un incendie électrique, mais les propriétaires on pu bien gérer cette épreuve , on a été relogés 2 autres nuits supplémentaires à l'hôtel avec petit-déjeuner, je leur souhaite un bon rétablissement dans leur logement et bon courage pour cette épreuve.
Super accueil , parfait pour un séjour de courte ou longue durée. Merci Carole :)
