Located in a quiet neighborhood, on the outskirts of Narbonne, on the road to Carcassonne, this room is ideal for people passing through, professionals or students, thanks to the proximity of a school bus stop. Shops are 300 m away and a supermarket is accessible in 8 minutes by car. Tenants have the possibility of using the kitchen, the living room, the terrace as well as the television, these spaces being shared.
We are a retired couple living in a semi-detached house. We are keen hikers and enjoy nature and conviviality. The beach is approximately 25 km away, the mountains are 80 km away, Spain is 120 km away, and Carcassonne and its airport are approximately 55 km away. The theater is 10 minutes away. A chauffeur-driven transport service can be arranged. For any information regarding rental arrangements, we remain at your disposal.
