I am offering a furnished room in a large, modern house in Hillion, 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and close to the sea. The house is spacious, bright, and very quiet. Common areas include a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a gym, and a large garden with a terrace. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, a desk, storage space, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for studying or working from home. Local shops (bakery, mini-market, delicatessen), transport, and hiking trails are easily accessible. There is free parking in front of the house. Meals are flexible, and everyone is welcome to use the kitchen to prepare their own food. A half-board option (breakfast and dinner) can also be provided upon request, with a supplement to be agreed upon. I am looking for a reliable, respectful person who appreciates a peaceful environment.
