This is a bright, furnished room (two large skylights) in the attic with its own private shower room in a four-bedroom shared house. Only for a quiet, non-smoking tenant.
The room includes a 140x200 cm bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelves. The shower room is accessed via a Japanese-style staircase (a few steps) on a half-level up. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, terraces, small garden, cellar, and laundry room (free of charge).
The house is located in a quiet residential area, close to public transportation and near Lausanne.
