Description
I am renting out two rooms in a shared housing property to responsible, financially reliable, and easy-going women. You will have full use of the rest of the property. Complete independence and privacy are ensured as the host does not live on-site. The rooms are fitted with locks.
The price is €475 for the large exterior room and €405 for the small room, plus shared expenses (electricity and water). One month's security deposit is required, plus a €60 deposit for expenses.
There are many shops nearby, three parks, a sports centre, gyms, and a library. It is close to the M30, La Vaguada shopping centre, and La Paz Hospital. The metro is 200m away (Line 7) and 900m away (Line 9). Bus stops at the doorstep include the 126, 132, 137, and 147. Within 200m are the 42, 49, 83, and 128. Connections available to Plaza de Castilla, Chamartín, Cuatro Caminos, Moncloa, Callao, and the Complutense and Autónoma universities. No smokers or pets allowed. No couples.
