9 m² homestay with a 4 m² private bathroom in a detached house with a garden and terrace. Located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. Close to shops (5-minute walk) and transport links (bus stop 5 minutes away on foot; underground and motorway 5 minutes away by car). Easy parking on the property. The tenant is responsible for cleaning their own private areas, and a contribution to the collective maintenance of shared spaces is required. Appliances (washing machine, kitchen, etc.) may be used in consideration of the household. The bedroom is equipped with a curtained wardrobe. Host: 52-year-old man with a 10-year-old child in shared custody. I am offering the room belonging to my other child, who has moved away for their studies. The room is available for a woman only, due to the presence of my daughter.
