'Avenir' bus stop, line 56 - STAR (29 minutes) or line 156 St-Jacques Gaîté (17 minutes). Available from 1st November 2026. Rent is 380 euros per month, bills included. Possibility of CAF housing benefit and/or Mobili-Jeune support for work-study students. Note: I live alone and work in Nantes during the week. I am renting out my children's 3 bedrooms, as they no longer live with me.
