You'll have access to the entire apartment: bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and south-facing living room with a balcony and sea view, all of which you'll share with me. You'll have no difficulty parking, as parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. All amenities and shops, including the covered market, the walled city, the marina, a mini-market, bars and restaurants, and all the amenities are within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.
