For nature lovers, a river runs at the end of the 4,000m² plot, and trails can be used from the garden. The house is located on a quiet street in Carmaux, a 15-minute walk from the town center, a 10-minute bike ride from the train station, and a 20-minute ride from the Jean Jaurès high school. The house is a 20-minute drive from the center of Albi, and access to expressways is nearby. Albi is 13 minutes by train and Toulouse is 1 hour 15 minutes by train (I go there several times a week) and the station is very well served.
