Elle est louée meublée avec accès au jardin, à la terrasse ainsi qu’au parking privatif. La cuisine et le salon sont partagés et tout équipés (avec un poêle à bois), tout comme la buanderie (machine à laver, étendoirs) et la salle de musculation. Pour les amoureux de la nature, une rivière coule au bout du terrain de 4000 m² et des sentiers sont accessibles depuis le jardin.
La maison est située dans une rue calme de Carmaux, à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, à 10 minutes de la gare en vélo et à 20 minutes du lycée Jean Jaurès. Elle se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture du centre d’Albi, et l’accès aux voies rapides est proche. Albi est à 13 minutes en train et Toulouse est à 1h15 en train. La gare est très bien desservie.
