Description
Located in the city center of Geneva next to the lake (left bank), close to all amenities, the apartment is new. The very bright room is composed of a dressing room and a private shower room / toilet. The room is furnished with a 90/200 bed, a large chest of drawers, a designer desk, 3 lamps, an armchair and a bedside table in light colors. The neighborhood is lively from Thursday, without noise from 10:30 p.m. The room is rented only by month. Domiciliation possible only if the rental period is longer than 4 months.
You have the possibility to cook in a kitchen / dining room. We are 3 people in the accommodation, but our youngest son only comes back on weekends from university.
We have a very nice dog. We have been using Roomlala since February 2013.

Je ne me sentais pas bien. C'était un bon emplacement, sûr, mais c'était comme être par faveur chez ma grand-mère mais en payant beaucoup.

Nous vous avons cohabité 1 mois et demi avec vous et le reste des 6 mois vous étiez seuls! Nous vous avions demandé si vous ne vouliez pas quitter plus tôt étant donné nos peu de contacts mais vous avez refusé. Nous avons fait venir notre fils de Lausanne car étiez enfermer à l'extérieur
J'ai eu le plaisir d'être hébergé chez Olga et Philippe pendant 6 mois. Ils se sont montrés très accueillants et attentionnés. Toujours de bon conseil et prêts à rendre service, ils ont su rendre mon séjour à Genève bien agréable. Quant au logement, il est idéalement situé à quelques centaines de mètres du lac et du célèbre jet d'eau, proche des transports en commun et des commodités. Le logement est propre, bien entretenu et confortable. Un grand merci à eux pour m'avoir si gentiment accueilli chez eux. Je recommande !
Chambre et salle de de bain propres. Appartement propre et bien situé. On s’y sent chez soi. Olga et Philippe sont très sympathiques et sociables, et n’hésitent pas à proposer leur aide si besoin. Très satisfaite de mon séjour.
Très bon accueil, la chambre est agréable et bien insonorisée, situation idéale dans ce sympathique quartier des Eaux-Vives, prêt de tout.
