For adults on long-term assignments (Bourges - 18000)

Upstairs in my house, a landing leads to two bedrooms: one of 15m² with a 130cm bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and clothes rack;

the second of 20m² with a 160cm bed, canvas wardrobe, bedside tables, etc. On the same landing, shared by all guests, is an office with two tables and lamps, and a shower room.

The toilet is separate. Water, gas, and electricity are included. Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet are available.

On the ground floor, tenants have access to the kitchen and all its equipment: two ovens, microwave, gas stove, all utensils, cutlery, coffee maker, and juicer. A designated space is provided in a cupboard for their dishes and food.

The same applies to the refrigerator. A small additional fee is charged for using the washing machine.
A bicycle can be parked in the garage. Street parking is readily available.
The house is a 15-minute walk from the city center (Cathedral), and a bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. City bus and shuttle are free.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the garden: deckchairs, chairs, table and parasol.
