Entire 2-room apartment in Saint Paul city center
I'm offering an entire apartment for 1 to 2 people in a first-floor apartment located in downtown Saint-Paul. Close to the bus station and the seafront market held on Fridays and Saturdays, this apartment is also just steps from a fitness trail, a real plus in this heat.
Access to the apartment: The bedroom has a new bed and wardrobe, as well as a private parking space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Bath towels and sheets are provided.
Smoking is allowed, but only on the small balcony, which I have decorated with numerous plants.
The neighborhood is quiet, with no parties nearby. Local shops are easily accessible.
Boucan Canot Beach is about 10 minutes away, and access to the Route des Tamarins is two minutes away.

Very quiet residence which has a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the bay. Parking space. 30 minutes from St Denis/Mafate/beaches. You have access to the entire apartment and have a private fridge. My 3 and 5 year old children come sometimes, which adds a bit of “atmosphere” You will have much less heat and fewer mosquitoes because you are located at an altitude of 500 meters. School holidays are blocked on the site, but may be available. I do not take cleaning fees. If you have any questions do not hesitate.
