Bright and large DOUBLE ROOM with a balcony facing the street and a private bathroom.
3 minutes from Las Ramblas, the Maritime Museum, the Gaudí Palace, and the port, close to all tourist attractions! Paralel or Drassanes metro.
Regal building, very beautiful. Elevator.
Bathroom with shower and private toilet for the guest.
No kitchen. Only fridge and microwave.
We are looking for quiet, clean and respectful people.
The room is very sunny, has a double bed, fully furnished, ceiling fan, sheets, bedding and a balcony (it also has a lock and key)
The room and private bathroom is not inside the apartment, but separated from the area where we live.
It's very nice, confortable and rigth in the center of the city!!
