Hello, my name is Juan, I'm 77 years old, and I'm happy to rent this cozy room. I'm located next to Collserola Park, known as the "lungs of Barcelona," in the north of the city. The house has four bedrooms, a terrace, and free parking. Each room is shared by only one person, and everyone has their own key. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The available room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and central heating. I also provide towels and two sets of linens.
The shared common areas are the kitchen, the dining room, and the terrace, which I clean once a week. You can enjoy the terrace, the dining room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Please use water responsibly and recycle your waste.
