Description
The tenant must pay directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation has confirmed a deposit of €1,000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-returnable service fee. The contract has to be signed up at the latest within 48 hours of paying the deposit. The maxi contract length is 6 months, extensible as often as you wish. Each extension admin fee is €60. Cost for Couples: If the room is suitable for couples the applicable monthly rent for couples is €980, which means €490 per person with all supplies and services included.
Supplies included up to a limit of €40 per person. In the event that the entire flat is overspended, the excess will be divided among all tenants in the flat.
