Private room for a non-smoker located on the first floor of a house, featuring a kitchenette and a bathroom shared with one other person. With a beautiful view of the Jura, it is situated in a peaceful and relaxing neighbourhood. A car or other means of transport is highly recommended, as the house is located about twenty minutes by car from GVA and CERN, and forty minutes from the centre of Lausanne and EPFL. Tenants are requested not to wear shoes inside the house. Arrivals are scheduled between 5 pm and 7 pm, and departures must take place before 10 am. A security deposit is requested upon arrival, which will be returned after the inventory check on the day of departure. Please note that the ground floor of the house is reserved for the host's private use.

La chambre était parfaite pour mon séjour de 2 mois, joliment aménagée, confortable, avec toutes les commodités et un accès suffisamment indépendant pour ne pas déranger le propriétaire lors de rentrée tardive.
