I am offering a room for rent in my home in Saint-Germain-sur-Ille. It is located on the second floor (and is the only room on that floor). You have free access to the kitchen, garden/terrace, and living room as needed. The house is an old two-storey building, situated about 20 minutes north of Rennes by car. Nearby, you will find shops and transport links: the train station is accessible in 5 minutes by car (or 10 minutes by bike) and a bus stop is located in Chevaigné, 7 minutes away. The common areas of the house are freely accessible and you will also be able to enjoy the garden. My dog, Jack, is also part of the household, along with Koati the cat! The room is well suited for someone with a car (or who loves cycling) and who works during the day, whether from home or elsewhere.
