High ceilings, exposed stone, rustic oak flooring, view of the garden... and a large roof terrace at your disposal in the shade of the umbrella pine. Sunbathe and aperitif in the green, a village atmosphere in the heart of the city (metro/tram) in the popular district of Chave and its bistros, near the Cours Julien, 30 min walk from the Old Port.

the photos are taken in winter but from spring, the smells of jasmine and honeysuckle will welcome you with bougainvillea, vines and wisteria

We live, with our two cats and our two children, in the house in front of the house but your privacy is perfectly respected because the roof terrace is exclusively reserved for you (access by stairs prohibited for children... as for cats, I will what I can but it's more difficult)
