Furnished, spacious and bright room. Includes double bed, wardrobe, mirror, drawers, desk, towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen utensils. Only I live in the apartment, and utilities are included.

The apartment has a balcony, television with access to Netflix, Filmin and Disney+, WiFi and heating. In summer it is cool thanks to the ventilation and elevated location. It is close to the center, between Eixample and Sagrada Familia, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with supermarkets, shops, gyms, restaurants and bars nearby. Excellent connection to public transport: lines L2, L4, L5, buses and a future tram.

I live with my cat, so it is essential that you like animals. I am calm, tidy and enjoy going out as much as being at home. I am looking for someone respectful, clean and easy to deal with, who values keeping the apartment nice and does not organize parties. Couples are not accepted.
