Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, near the Vallon du Stang Alar and the Brest Botanical Gardens. This area is popular for its lush vegetation and the walks it offers, leading directly to the Moulin Blanc marina and the Océanopolis Aquarium, as well as the Spadium swimming pool. The house is also a short distance from the IFAC Campus des Métiers and Naval Group, and not far from Guipavas Airport.
A bus stop, located just a few steps away, provides easy access to the city center.
We offer a bright and sunny room equipped with a desk, a television, a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom and toilet. This room is located on the first floor of our house.
You will have the option of using the kitchen under the conditions we will agree upon together, and access to the garden.
