Description
Upstairs room in our house for one person only - students or internships. 160cm bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, WiFi. Downstairs: shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The living room is our private space. Hosts present: Marylise and Frédéric, 61 and 65 years old, 1 very friendly dog (your dog accepted after discussion and prior agreement). Another tenant is also present in the neighbouring room. You can smoke in the garden. Bus numbers D HNS for the city centre (15 min journey). Bus 4 for the university (FACS) at the foot of the house (20 min journey max). Access to north Brest exit 3 min by car. Local shops 5 min walk (pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers, newsagent/tobacconist, pizzeria, Friday morning market). Woods and river 5 min walk. Please introduce yourself when booking. Accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre familial. Tout a été fait pour que nous soyons confortablement installé (chambre parfaite). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les échanges et la disponibilité de Marilyse et Frédéric durant notre passage chez eux. C’était parfait !
