Hello, I'm offering two rooms for rent in my 4-bedroom apartment located in downtown Rennes, a 10-minute walk from the train station. Metro station B is around the corner, and the other station (A) is a 5-minute walk away. All amenities, shops, and schools are within walking distance.
The apartment was completely renovated by me a few months ago. For bedroom 2:
- King-size bed (180x200)
- Solid parquet flooring
- Very large wardrobe with hangers
- Sheets and towels included
The bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen are shared.
Please note: My two cats live with me (the father and daughter). They are used to visitors. However, if you have any allergies, please take them into consideration.
