Hello, We're going to offer a room for rent in a house in Guipel starting at the end of August. The room is quite large, approximately 30m², and is currently being renovated to make it available (photos coming soon). It will have a 160x190cm bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a coffee table and an armchair, a fully equipped desk, and a TV with Chromecast (you can use our subscriptions). It's located upstairs above the living room; the concrete slab provides excellent noise insulation. We're a couple on the ground floor, and we have a 15-year-old teenager (cool) every other week, with whom we'll have to share the bathroom (with toilet) upstairs. We're 42 and 40 years old. We have a dog and currently three cats, with a new one coming soon... Apart from the bedrooms, the entire house is available for use: bathrooms, toilets, fully equipped kitchen, living room, basement (with a spa in winter), as well as the 1000m² garden. A washing machine and dryer are available. There are transportation services nearby.
