Hello! It will be a pleasure to welcome you to my home. The bedroom, located on the first floor, features a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, as well as a wardrobe with shelving on one side. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and has just been completely renovated. During the warmer months, the garden and its terrace with sun loungers are at your disposal. If you wish to prepare your own meals, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, and gas hobs is available. Alternatively, I also offer a table d'hôtes service upon booking.
For students without a car, please note that my home is in the countryside, in a very quiet environment. It is located approximately 45 km from Rennes and 55 km from Saint-Brieuc, accessible via the dual carriageway, which is toll-free in Brittany. Furthermore, there is a train station nearby, and there are two carpooling areas in the vicinity.
