I welcome you to my bioclimatic house built in 2021: wood, straw and earth are the materials. The bedroom is upstairs and faces east and south, very bright. A comfortable double bed, a bedside table, two shelves and a desk with a chair make it up. A slightly steep staircase, be careful.
The house is about 1 km from the expressway connecting Rennes (20 mins) to Saint-Malo (40 mins). An accessible bus also serves Rennes. An organic store is located about 1.5 km away and all supermarkets are less than 5 km away.
