Beautiful 24m² furnished room for rent in Fribourg!
Hey! I'll be abroad this spring 2026 and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room and/or my office/music recording studio to while I'm away. Both rooms face south, have large windows, and are located in a 600m² manor house where 8 other very friendly people live together. We have a huge garden and lots of pleasant common areas!
The 24m² room has beautiful original parquet flooring and is furnished. Utilities are extra.
The 20m² studio is soundproofed, furnished, and ideal for recording and creating music. This room can also be used as a workshop for other artistic pursuits, or simply as an office or workspace.
The manor house is located just outside Fribourg, in Givisiez, near grocery stores. It is served by several bus lines.
