A lovely 14m² room with private bathroom and toilet for rent in a brand new Minergie apartment. It's located in a very quiet residential area. There's a grocery store, a butcher's shop, two cafés/restaurants, and an ATM. The train station is a 3-4 minute walk away, and the train ride from Grolley to Fribourg is 13 minutes, from Payerne 15 minutes, and from Yverdon-les-Bains 45 minutes, with departures every 30 minutes.
A lovely forest trail is just 5 minutes from the apartment!
