Voici une version corrigée et améliorée de votre texte : Petit désagrément à l’arrivée : j’ai dû attendre 40 minutes en bas car le numéro communiqué ne correspondait pas à celui donné. Je pense que Madame Sophie a dû régler le problème depuis. L’accueil a été sympathique, même si je n’ai pas beaucoup échangé avec Sophie. Le peu que nous avons discuté, elle s’est montrée très agréable, sans doute parce que j’étais fatigué à cause de mon planning très chargé. Petit bémol concernant le ménage : j’ai dû nettoyer le frigo avant de pouvoir y mettre ma nourriture, ainsi que quelques autres petits détails. Mais bon, je suis quelqu’un d’assez maniaque, sûrement à cause de mon travail. Dans l’ensemble, mon séjour a été plutôt bon.
