Beautiful little bedroom in a house in Lévis (Lévis - G6V 1X8)

Welcome to my fantastic world of plants and lights!

I am looking to create a small residence for students, aged 18 to 40 approximately, in my charming ancestral home. My goal is to create a calm environment, conducive to study and rest.

The room is furnished with a bed, a desk and bedding. The rent includes electricity, heating, internet access, as well as use of the washer and dryer.

I am looking for a calm, respectful person, open to dialogue, who avoids the use of Quebec swear words, who does not smoke, who does not use drugs and who does not run around.

I am of the Catholic Christian faith. Do not be surprised to find icons and crucifixes at my place.

I am generally quite accommodating. So, ask!
