Ideal for students looking for a friendly atmosphere, it provides access to the garden for relaxing and sharing a barbecue. Guests share the bathroom, shower room, WC, kitchen, and laundry room. Our priority is friendliness and cleanliness. Our cleaner professionally cleans the communal areas every week. The house is 10 minutes from the heart of Lausanne, a 3-minute walk from the Vennes metro station, and 5 minutes from the bus for the EHL. Shops are nearby. Everyone is responsible for cleaning their own room, taking out their rubbish, and cleaning the hob and surfaces after each use, in addition to the weekly cleaning provided by the cleaner.

J’ai séjourné dans ce logement et je ne le recommande pas. Le propriétaire a été désagréable et peu coopératif : il m’a même conseillé d’aller à la boulangerie pour avoir du wifi. La chambre était très froide à mon arrivée. La clé de la porte d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas et lorsque je l’ai signalé, il a affirmé que le problème venait de moi. Trois semaines après mon départ, il m’a encore menacée de payer 55 CHF si je ne ramenais pas la clé originale. L’expérience a été extrêmement décevante et stressante. À éviter.
