I am offering a 38 m² one-bedroom flat for rent, located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residential building in Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, just a few minutes from the Swiss border. This is a partial let: I occupy the flat myself during the week. In practice, this does not affect your stay at all — the flat is professionally cleaned before each arrival and my personal belongings are stored in a locked cupboard. You have full use of the apartment. The accommodation includes: – a living room with an equipped kitchen, – a separate bedroom with a double bed, – a bathroom and WC, – a balcony, – a private parking space. Bed sheets are provided, along with Wi-Fi (fibre) and everything necessary for cooking.
