In an eco-hamlet, Zen studio-room, renovated in June 2021, self-contained, on the ground floor of a period longère (long farmhouse). It is a "homestay" arrangement, with the shower cabin schedule to be agreed upon. Located in this longère, it is the first stone doorway on the left wing. Ideal for one or two people inspired by nature, peace, art, and ecology, with a sense of cleanliness, discretion, and cooperation. For holidays, or as a student, remote worker, or seasonal professional. Close to the Abbaye de Maillezais boat piers. Beautiful views at the front and rear, where a French window is located. Surrounded by walking, horse-riding, and cycling paths. This studio-room is equipped with: a low sideboard, electric oven, hob, cooking equipment, shelving, a sofa bed with an extra mattress, coffee table, fridge-freezer, washbasin, and a dry toilet. Plus: Zen workshops available upon reservation.
