I am offering a room (double bed) in a modest and quiet apartment, located 5 minutes' walk from the Erdre and the St-Mihiel tram stop (line 2), opposite a C6 bus stop and 15 minutes' walk from the railway station. Close to all amenities, shops and the city centre. You will be sharing the apartment with me! Ideal for students (internships or work-study placements), professionals travelling for work, cycle tourists or travellers in transit. The room is available for short periods, and recurring rentals can be considered. The rental includes: bed sheets, storage space (drawer, wardrobe), Wi-Fi access and a desk. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Access to the kitchen is permitted (one shelf is reserved for you in the fridge - please note: no microwave) and the living room can be used occasionally (for meals in particular). For short stays, I do not provide towels (too much laundry).
