Description
Large homestay room for a student, from September for the academic year. Available only during the week and outside of school holidays, 4 nights from Monday to Friday, while my daughter is at boarding school. Room with a double mezzanine bed, sofa, desk, plenty of storage, and a large balcony. Wi-Fi included. In an extremely quiet neighbourhood very close to Place Jean Jaurès in Mérignac Capeyron. Lianes bus routes 2, 16, 35, G (Grand Lebrun, Tivoli, Notre Dame, train station...). Parking space available in front of the house. Half-board included (breakfast and dinner x4). We are looking for a reliable person who wants a quiet environment for studying but within a family atmosphere. Other teenagers are present in the house.
