A beautifully renovated, furnished, and bright room is available for rent in a private house located in the Brigode district, just a few minutes' walk from public transportation, shops, and Parc du Héron. The furnished room is located on the same floor as a brand new bathroom, shared with a roommate. This floor also features a large office area with Wi-Fi and a library.
Outside of your room, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen and shared storage areas. These shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy. Friendliness, sociability, helpfulness, and reliability are required qualities.
A deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required; this will be refunded after the exit inventory. Your lease will be signed before finalizing your room reservation , and you will be required to provide proof of home insurance. The lease will be automatically renewed every six months, giving you the option to leave if necessary.
