The furnished room is located on the same floor as a brand new bathroom, shared with a roommate. This floor also features a large office area with Wi-Fi and a library.
Outside of your room, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen and shared storage areas. These shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy. Friendliness, sociability, helpfulness, and reliability are required qualities.
A deposit equivalent to one month's rent will be required; this will be refunded after the exit inventory.
